How to sign in
- Choose the right portal. Use Staff sign-in for the six staff accounts, or Patient sign-in for Demo Patient.
- Select the demo centre. In Hospital / Dialysis Centre, choose Dialysis Diary Demo Renal Centre.
- Use Password sign-in. Enter the selected account’s email and
Demo@2026!. Email OTP is not needed for this walkthrough. - Explore your workspace. Staff open patient records from Patients or My Work List. The patient account opens its linked patient record.

The demo includes prepared patient profiles, clinical assessments, dialysis prescriptions, treatment sessions, investigations, medication, vaccinations and history events.
The patient account is linked to sample patient DDDEMO-000001. It provides a read-only view of that patient’s hospital records.
This is a shared demo, so records and schedules may reflect changes made by other visitors.
Suggested walkthrough
Follow the care team’s workflow
- Office Administrator or Receptionist: explore patient registration and appointments.
- Doctor: review Patient Master View, clinical history, initial assessment and the dialysis prescription.
- Dialysis Technician: open My Work List and explore monitoring and treatment records.
- Dialysis Manager, then Doctor: review the completed session using each role’s available review actions.
- Patient: see how hospital records and trends appear in the patient’s read-only portal.
Sign out before switching accounts, or use separate browser profiles to compare roles.

Why do the menus change between accounts?
Each role has its own permissions. Clinical staff, administrative staff and patients see the records and actions available to their role.
